J.A.K.K Security and facilities management Ltd was established in 2010 and has a combined experience of over 50 years in the security industry. We prides itself on being a professional, reliable, and trustworthy security provider for Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas. With highly trained and customer service orientated staff and a fleet of vehicles the company is able to deliver a first-class service for any opportunity, at any time of the day.

Kevin Davis the company Director started the business in 2010 with the aim to provide trained and committed door supervisors to local pubs and businesses in Gloucester, Stroud, and Cheltenham. Kevin noticed a big gap in the local area for the need of this service and alongside his full-time day job aimed to fulfil this need with a few trusted and hardworking employees.

Since 2010 the company has grown from being a small family business run from a laptop and mobile phone at home, to an office-based family run business that now provides services to the public, private and high-end clientele in prestigious locations in Gloucestershire and beyond, requiring Kevin and his family to come over to working for the company full time to make it the success it is today.

Kevin with his family have ensured the business and family values and dedication they hold are still paramount to the day to day running of the company and this shows in the positive satisfaction feedback the company receives from both clients and employees alike. They have spent many years ensuring their staff are highly trained, gaining the company many accreditations and gaining a fleet of vehicles to satisfy their client’s needs.

Kevin gained his first SIA Licence in 2010 and set up the company, where he is now the Managing Director with a vision for constant growth and diversity in the security industry. Kevins ethos and family values are what have driven the company to the success it is today. He aspires to continue to move the company and its employees forward with essential training and accreditations with the aspiration to become one of the best security providers in the south west. Kevin has a background in auto mechanics and has previously worked for companies that supply high value vehicles globally, an interest he has certainly brought with him to the company and applied to his fleet of company vans. Kerry is Kevin’s wife and secretary of the company. Alongside her full-time job as a mortgage manager for a national company, she spends her free time dedicated to the success of the company and her family. Kerry has countless years of experience in finance and customer service and is an essential part of the company for not only managing the Accounts and Vetting process but as a constant support to the management team and its employees, she maintains a crucial part of the open communication within the team because of her caring and kind nature. This also flows out to her personal time where she enjoys spending time with her family and friends at social event and gatherings. Kerry’s work ethic and organisation skills in the day to day running of the company is unmatched and provides a positive guidance to the people around her. Ashleigh is a security officer within the team and at a young age she has exceeded expectations in the company since joining in 2020 and has now taken on the role of Operations Manager. Ashleigh has fantastic customer service skills and has used her knowledge of social media to gain clients and grow the facilities team to what it is today. With the support of her family (Kerry and Kevin) and her business A-level she continues to be a hard-working, reliable, and approachable manager, which has allowed her to achieve her goals both professionally and personally. One of Ashleigh biggest qualities is always thinking of others, whether that be a team building day for the employees or organising a meal out for her family and friends. Ashleigh has a previous experience in childcare and is a qualified first aider for both children and adults. Jay started working for the company in 2021, since then he has gained his door supervisor and CCTV badge. Jay expressed an interest in running and maintaining the fleet. It was then decided that Jay would take on the role of fleet manager and has successfully run this side of the company to ensure all vehicles and employees are safe when out working. Jay works incredibly hard and takes his role very seriously however outside of this he enjoys a glass or 2 of Wray and Nephews and a fine, well matured cigar. Deb is the staff Co-ordinator within the team, working part time in the office, she deals with all staff related matters, from payroll to inducting and vetting new members of staff. She has worked for the company since September 2022 and comes with many years experience in a Policing background. Deb enjoys meeting all of the staff and assisting them in starting their new journey with the company. When she is not in the office, she looks after her two young children and enjoys quality family time. The company is a family run business and Deb is part of the family as she is Kerry's sister and Kevins sister in law. Deb took on the new role to have a variety of work and challenges that this role can bring on a daily basis. She is looking to progress within her role and learn new things within in the security industry to help the company strive to be the best it can be. Anna recently joined the team as the Compliance Officer working part time in the office. She comes from an Administration and Customer service background. Anna is reliable, responsible and hard working, and always likes to help out where she can. She enjoys meeting staff and learning more about her role. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, usually watching them play sport. Anna also enjoy socialising with friends, and is really looking forward to learning new skills, facing new challenges and becoming part of a great family run business.
